The Company was incorporated with the name “Clio Finance Ltd.” on 26th June, 1992 with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. The Company was traditionally engaged in the business of dealing in shares and securities, financiers etc.
The Company has changed its name to “CLIO INFOTECH LIMITED” w.e.f.27th December, 1999. The Company is an Information Technology company committed to Empowering Business Transformation.A comprehensive set of software solutions (20+), coupled with a wide range of IT services, uniquely positions the company to address the dynamic requirements of a variety of industry verticals, Insurance, Capital Markets, Asset & Wealth Management (BFSI). Investor's relation
In order to maintain relations and co-ordinate with Investors & resolve their queries, if any, Company has formed Investors Grievances Committee. Committee approves matters regarding transfer, transmission of shares, and issue of duplicate of shares, review and redressal of Investors Grievances.
